For every Ebara project, a dedicated Project Manager is assigned who is the main point of contact for the customer. The Project Manager is responsible for EIC performance as related to every aspect of company processes from the initial receipt of a contract through planning, engineering, documentation, manufacturing, testing and the closeout of the contract. The Project Manager provides planning, project team leadership, awareness of activity requirements and status plus the control of internal and external communications assuring all commitments are met or exceeded.
Project Management’s goal is to provide leadership, communication and accountability for each individual project to ensure predictable results which meet or exceed the goals and requirements for every project. Our experienced, dedicated Project Management staff provides coordination between project disciplines with the ultimate goals of Customer Satisfaction, Quality, On Time Performance, Cost Control and Risk Management.

Sukhi GillDirector of Project ManagementSukhi Gill joined Ebara in 1982. During his time with EIC he has held positions as Drafter, Designer, Project Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager. Along the way, Sukhi has also been an Independent Business Owner and Real Estate Agent. Sukhi was born in India and raised in England where he later graduated in 1978 from Queen Mary College, London University with Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He completed his apprenticeship with British Leyland Auto and also spent some time working with the British Steel Corporation (now owned by Corus, a Tata Steel company). |

Greg KnappProject ManagerGreg Knapp joined the international pump industry in 1979 with Pacific Pumps in Huntington Park California. As a graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, New York, he holds a B.S. in Marine Engineering and has held a Third Assistant Engineer’s License for Steam & Motor Vessels, any horsepower. His 31 years of experience focus on managing projects with an extensive background in all areas of O.E.M/Customer negotiations and communications. Greg has worked with the world’s largest EPC’s, Oil companies and end users in the oil and gas, municipal and LNG Energy fields and has a strong working knowledge of API and HPI. Greg graduated from the Project Management Essentials Program at the University of Nevada, Reno, in December, 2009. |

Bill ScheinProject ManagerOriginally coming to Ebara as a Senior Buyer, Bill Schein joined EIC in 2004 with over 15 years of commercial, purchasing and sales experience. Since then, Bill has been promoted to Project Manager where Ebara’s customers could benefit from Bill’s natural talent and propensity for relationship management. Bill possesses amazing dexterity in directing and overseeing multiple multi-million dollar projects simultaneously. Managing complex vendor negotiations, scope developments, budget preparation, scheduling, and problem resolution are only a few of the skills that Bill brings to his team and customers. Supporting all areas of our dynamic cryogenic pump industry, Bill has become one of the ‘faces’ of Ebara that our customers have come to know and trust. Serving as the primary client liaison and advocate for his customers, Bill uses his extensive expertise to provide superior customer service in our diverse and global market place. |

Robert DalbolProject ManagerBringing with him 5 years experience in Engineering, Global Relations, Rotating Machinery and Project Management, Robert Dalbol joined our Ebara family in the spring of 2011. Robert graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno achieving his BS in Mechanical Engineering and also carries a Professional Certification in Project Management from the PMI (Project Management Institute). Robert’s education, experience and technical knowledge made him a perfect match for Ebara and we are very excited to have Robert supporting our worldwide customers as the newest member of the Project Management team. |
