Joel Madison

CEO

Joel attended University at the United States Air Force Academy, University of Nevada and Pennsylvania State University, earning a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a M.S. Degree in Aerospace Engineering. Prior to joining Ebara, Joel worked for ten years as a research engineer for the Advanced Programs Department of the Rocketdyne Division of Rockwell International. During this time he was involved in analysis, development and testing of prototype hypersonic scramjet engines in support of NASA and U.S. Air Force Programs. Since joining Ebara International in 1995 he has worked as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, Chief Engineer, President of the Cryodynamics Division and eventually CEO of Ebara International Corporation. Additional activities during this time have included new product development, in particular bringing the first variable speed expanders from prototype to market, hydraulic modeling and design, rotordynamic analysis, field service troubleshooting support, system design, sales support and customer coordination.


Everett (Rusty) Kilkenny

Executive Vice President/General Manager

Rusty has spent over 30 years in the manufacturing industry with companies ranging from Commercial Aerospace, Machine Design/Manufacturing, Military Defense, OEM Automotive/After Market and Cryogenic pumps. Past work history includes President of Automotive Global Technologies with 5 subsidiary companies with over 250 employees. As President he was responsible for the operation and oversight of all companies in four states. Additional experience includes the position of Vice President of Manufacturing for Maney Aircraft Inc., which is a Boeing Licensee of several military aircraft. He also worked as Operations Manager for C&D Aerospace, the largest commercial aircraft interior company in the world. There he managed every phase of the manufacturing process of this international corporation. He has completed over six years of continuing education and industry related courses and technical classes. Rusty has been with EBARA for over eleven years and currently serves as an officer of the company and on the Board of Directors for Hood/EIC a subsidiary of EIC. The Cryodynamics division reports to him.


Dave Cameron

Vice President, Sales & Business Development

Dave attended The State University of New York Maritime College and The State University College of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse University, receiving concurrent B.S degrees combining Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering prerequisites. Joining Goulds Pumps (ITT), Dave served over 20 years in various positions including Sales Engineer, International Application Engineering Manager, Marketing Manager, Director of Municipal Sales, etc. Dave has directed successful new product introductions in several industries including Pulp & Paper, Water & Wastewater and Energy and Refining. Dave led the acquisition providing the path to new levels of success in the global API Markets and served as Manufacturer Representative to The American Petroleum Institute API 610 Pump Committee. Joining Ebara in 2004, Dave was promoted to Vice President of Project Management in 2007, Vice President Business Development 2009 subsequently adding Global Sales responsibilities in 2010.


Mark Wimbush

CFO, Ebara International Corporation

B.S. –Accounting, B.A.-Political Science, University of Hawaii
Mark has over 20 years of experience in financial management positions with increasing levels of responsibility. His background includes positions ranging from Controller to Chief Financial Officer in a diverse range of industries. His experience in manufacturing environments and with international companies has allowed for a relatively quick transition into playing an active role with senior management in setting a strategic direction for the company. Mark’s prior experience involved developing processes and systems to track and identify areas in need of improvement and opportunities to maximize profitability. Implementation of financial accountability and controls are also proven accomplishments that are consistent in past positions.


Hideharu Watanabe

Vice President, Engineering

Hide earned his Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1986 and joined Ebara Corporation. Hide has 25 years of experience in the cryogenic pump industry, specific to engineering including the design of the API pump and high pressure gas codes (ASME code) vessel. Hide developed the high pressure pump with hydraulic bearing structure for cryogenic submersible pumps. Hide has carried multiple engineering positions within Ebara’s engineering group and also participated on the hydraulic standardization team for EIC. During his tenure, he has represented and carried liaison responsibilities for the Cryodynamics Division’s Japanese customers and for EIC, Japan. Hide currently holds the position of Vice President of Engineering for the Cryodynamics Division of Ebara International Corporation in addition to the position of General Manager of Cryogenic Pump Department of Ebara Corporation.


Marty Perlmutter

President, Ebara Fluid Handling Division

Mr. Perlmutter, President of Ebara Fluid Handling Division and EIC Board member, joined Ebara in 1999 holding senior executive positions within Standard Pump and Cryodynamics. Mr. Perlmutter has over thirty years experience in the pump industry serving in numerous technical, marketing and executive capacities. He has extensive process and commercial pump experience in numerous markets including power generation, pulp and paper, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and refining. Mr. Perlmutter attended Northeastern University majoring in mechanical engineering and graduate Marketing Management programs at Syracuse University. Mr. Perlmutter began his career at one of the leading nuclear architect/engineering companies after serving in the US Navy Nuclear Submarine Corps.


Gareth Pemberton

Vice President, Europe Middle East & Africa Sales

Gareth Pemberton has worked for Ebara International Corporation, Cryodynamics Division since 2002 and is currently responsible for their Sales Activity in Europe Middle East and Africa. The Regional office, based near London, UK also covers India and Australia.

Gareth has extensive experience in Rotating Equipment Design and Application and the management of major projects for Equipment manufacturers.  He has worked for several major companies in the industry, initially on the hydraulic design and transient analysis of large Hydro Electric Turbines and Valve Systems and later in the Oil and Gas sector of the pump industry.  He has extensive experience in International Sales and the Project Management of large and complex contracts.  Many of the projects he has worked on have been innovative, either in the production process by using multiple plants facilities for one project, or by way of the introduction of new technology to the process industry, for example the application of Cryogenic Liquid Expanders in the LNG business.

Gareth initially trained in the UK aircraft industry and has an honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from The City University, London.  He is an Associate Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.


John S. Holt

Vice President, Human Resources

John has 42 years of management experience in various fields. He spent the first 21 years of his career with AT&T, 16 of them in Financial Management positions. John came to Ebara in 1985 joining the financial department and later advanced up to Controller/CFO. John initiated the Ebara Human Resources Department in 1989 and is currently the Vice President of Human Resources for Ebara International Corporation.
