Our
Customer Service Department is dedicated to provide the most efficient and
reliable service to our customers. Our factory trained service engineers can
assist in cryogenic pump and hydraulic turbine installation, start-up,
trouble-shooting, repairs and maintenance, maintenance planning and condition
monitoring. It is our goal to provide the best combination of technical skill
and experience to ensure our customer's needs are met. When requesting a
service visit, please give us adequate notice in order to prepare and arrange a
travel schedule. We do understand that this is not always possible, especially
in an emergency, and we will always do our best to respond as quickly as
possible to meet your expectations. Our engineers are trained to assist you
with any situation concerning your submerged motor cryogenic pumps and turbine
expanders and can usually achieve all repairs at (or near) your site.
If
necessary, we can also arrange for equipment to be sent back to our factory at
our USA
headquarters, where our factory specialists can provide the highest quality
work with the full capabilities of our factory production and engineering
staff.
For
the LNG and LPG carrier fleets, our service staff is also fully equipped to
supervise all of the work required to inspect and overhaul all of the pumps and
related equipment quickly and efficiently during dry-dock maintenance. Our
well-trained service engineers have extensive experience working at dry-dock
facilities in Japan, Korea, Singapore,
Dubai, and many
other locations worldwide.
